Monitor resources in remote site

Hi,

I need to monitor windows servers in 8 different locations. All locations has a task servers that is also a monitor server.

I monitor:

Disk thresholds (agent based)

Windows events (agent based)

Server Up/Down - ping (agent less)

If a the network link between the notification server and the task server goes down how would I still receive the above monitor events and alerts?

Any help please!
