windows crashed

Hi all,

Iam using Symantec Endpoint Encryption Drive Encryption.

After install for 2 computers. i had the problems :

Computer 1: while encrypting , the system hang, I had to hard shutdown and turn it on but the Windows crashed, cannot load the OS.

Computer 2: while decrypting Partition D, I restarted the machine--> the partition D became RAW Volume.

How do i recovery the data of 2 computers?
