I need a solution
I am using the Altiris Management client 7.6 and when I attempt to run a task on a computer, it will not run until the computer is logged into a user account. It seems like the Management Agent will not start up until a user logs in. In the older version of Altiris (6.9) it was able to run a job/task when a computer is at the login screen without being fully logged in.
The only thing I have found is to turn on "Tickle" in the Agent settings, but that has been turned on since the program was installed. Any ideas?
