Need an filter for Tablets

Hi

I have an filter for Laptops. It looks like this:

SELECT DISTINCT
 
ch._ResourceGuid
 
FROM
 
Inv_HW_Chassis ch
 
WHERE
 
ch.[Chassis Package Type] = '8'
OR ch.[Chassis Package Type] = '9'
OR ch.[Chassis Package Type] = '10'
OR ch.[Chassis Package Type] = '12'

But now I have 2 diffrent kinds of tablet, MS Surface Pro and Dell Venue pro.

I need an diffrent filter for my tablets. I not sure if I need 1 for the Surface and then 1 for my Dell? Could this be any god in the future??

Do anyone know how the filter above should look for my tablets?
