SAPOscol.exe and Sapstartsrv.exe

we are installing SAP, but we have a issue about the saposcol.exe and sapstartsrv.exe not exist, not found the sap installation,

before we ware installing sap without symantec endpoin and we have never any problem, but now, by policies of company 

the norton symantec endpoint  is necesarry, we think the issue is this,

could anyone tell us something about it problem??? please
