Error -2147463168 during configuration process

I am using DS 6.9 SP5 imaging windows 7 pro 32 on HP Workstation z220 SFF's.  Had no problem imaging them earlier this fall.  Now all of a sudden I am getting this error when i try to image them.  Ive tried looking up the status code, but ive never even seen an error code remotely close to this one.  It looks like the image completes successfully and names the computer appropriately, but it wont joint to the domain.  The computer also will not power down at the end of the imaging process - i have it set to shut down after imaging is complete.  Creating the disk image seems to work fine.  This error occurs during the distribution of the image.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
