SEPM version: 12.1.6168.6000 has return code 1

Dear All,

I had a serious problem for the past days. The latest SEPM cannot able to retrieve the latest virus definition files for SEP v12.1.6 RU6 from LUA version: 2.3.4.16

Logs:

There were no new content updates. Return code = 1

No updates found for Virus and Spyware Definitions win 32 12.1 RU6.

No updates found for Virus and Spyware Definitions win 64 12.1 RU6.

One thing I found in LUA Distribution location, there is an automatic username: lua password: **********

What is the password?
