Scheduled shutdown of workstations

I think I may know how to do this but would like to know how others manage it. I would like to shutdown PC's every morning at 01:00.

I think the best way is a manged policy but I dont want any machine that is alerady powered off to run that policy when it turns on. It must run between 1:00 and 2:00amd if not then not at all!

what settings would you set ?
