I need a solution
Hi,
We are running Altiris Deployment Console 6.9 SP4. The individual Altiris DS Consoles that our Helpdesk staff use are experiencing latency over our WAN. We are considering providing Console access to our Helpdesk via Citrix instead. Our Altiris Deployment Server is on Windows Server 2008 and so are our Citrix servers. What is the best way to achieve this i.e. what files should we stored in the Express folder of each Citrix server to achieve best performance our our WAN? Will it work?
