I need a solution
So we have different queues that technicians belong to which is standard. The issue I've run into is that if a ticket makes it to an escalated queue for whatever reason that doesnt belong there, and a tech of that queue moves it to the proper queue, they cant add comments after moving it. I do not see anywhere in permissions to allow commenting on tickets. Is this a change to a workflow? If so, how? Am I just looking over the correct permission?
