We have a problem with the Patch distribution and the "maintenance Windows" because they are losing their schedules after the "rescheduling".
We have a "Maintenance Windows" Plan for our servers, to execute the patches at the weekend, and when we are testing our patch policies, we can see that the Server gets the policy, and at first time it detects that there is a "Maintenance Window" active so, the Policy is rescheduled but the Policy has been removed after the reschedule.
And in the server log, we can see the follow logs:
Policy '{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}' has been added , when the client gets the policy
Policy '{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}' has been removed , finally the client lost the policy and the schedule
1) At first time, clients get the policy and schedules, initially for in an hour
2) Then, after 15 minutes, the policy is been rescheduled
3) Finally, the agent lost the policy and his schedule after the reschedule
NOTE: We have active a maintenance Window
We don't know which process is removing the policies from the agents, but we think that is something related with maintenance Window.
