Just upgraded from Altiris 7.5 to 7.5 SP1. After the upgrade, I'm having a problem with the Symantec Management Agent Package setting. All Settings/AgentsPlugins/Symantec Management Agent/Windows. The "Symantec Management Agent Package" setting.
On this page, it has been set to "Access package from a local directory on the NS computer" for the Package Source, with the appropriate path specified for the Package Location (C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\NSCap\Bin\Win32\X86\NS Client Package). Now, however, the console is reporting this as an "Invalid Package Location".
I've tried re-entering the path, browsing to it, no luck. I've tried specifying a UNC path instead, gives the same issue. Tried copying the Agent files to another folder (outside of Program Files) on the NS server, same issue. Made sure that the files were 7.5.3153.0 version, and not an older one, same issue.
Any sugguestions?
