DS 7.5 SP1 PXE/TFTP issues with Option 43

In my environment the network team does not want IP helpers used for Altiris. So I have been using PXE Forced Mode (Option 43/vendor encapsulated options) for CMS/DS 7.1 without issue. Now with 7.5 SP1 the system gives me a TFTP open timeout. I know the SBS has changed to NBS and those services are started. Do I need to reconfgure option 43? Is there a different bootstrap file I need to enter? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
