Drag file into process

Has anyone found a way that you can drag a file into a browser window and then have it become part of the process.

Or set a default path on the input file component.  This way when they hit browse it will just go to a specific location where they can drag the file into the browse window.

We want to be able to have users drag files from say an email attachment into a process then have the file become part of the process. That way they dont have to save the attachment then open a process, Upload the file into th process. Finish the process then go back and delete the file.
