ServiceDesk AD Sync issues

I need a solution

I am setting up ServiceDesk 7.5 and trying to run the first sync and I've run into an issue.  Process Manager is only syncing one User out of the OU that I am testing with.  When you open AD and select the OU to list the contents the only difference is the was the user is displayed.  In the list the one user that is being synced is listed as First.Last and the rest of the users that arent being synced are Last, First.  How do I get the sync to work, because 90% of our users are listed Last, First?
