Problem with Imaging in Deployment Solution

I need a solution

I am working on getting imaging devices setup and configured through Deployment Solution.  I have an issue when I am re-imaging existing devices.  Here is the scenario I have.

Existing computer name is BHS123456.  I can send a job with the following tasks:

1) reboot to pxe

2) deploy image (using deployanywhere for HII)

3) reboot to production

4) update configuration

5) send basic inventory

6) run script to rename computer and move to proper OU

7) install Antivirus software

The problem I have is that once the reboot to production happens, no further tasks run.  When the device reboots to production, sysprep completes, and it comes up with a different name, it is a generic name generated by sysprep, win-781324ad2.

Once the comptuer comes up to production and sysprep has completed, I can send tasks and jobs to the new name win-781324ad2 without a problem. But the original task never completes.  When you try to view the status of the original task, you get a message that you do not have permission to view the task details.  This is a result of the guid of the original machine no longer existing.

Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jeff Carlson
