I have 2 independent Servers I want to merge into 1 cluster.

I have 2 servers running.  Number 1 is my Data Center handling the baulk of my remote sites.  Number 2 is In the Corp Headquaters and handles a lot of the admin systems.  Both servers have about the same number of clients connected to them.  I want to merge the 2 servers together to make management easier.  I don't care about historic data but I don't want to have to go though hundreds of systems and point them at a new system.  Is there any way to reset one of the systems and turn one of the 2 servers into replica's of the other server and just use policy to control witch clients reports to witch server.
