Hi folks,
we are running an ITMS 7.1SP2 in a hierarchy setup and there are some problems with deployment tasks.
We replicate a Win7 Install job down the hierarchy including script tasks, scripted os install, reboot to PE tasks ... .
When i click on the scripted os install task I will get an error: "A critical error has occurred on this page. Check the Altiris logs for more information.". The log just says unhandled exception - Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
My guess is that the OS Licenses and or unattend file is not replicated down, but I have not found out how to include them in a resource replication rule.
The second thing I noticed is that a replicated "reboot to" task will show a greyed out (cause they are read-only) 'Select an Image' and won't work that way.
Has anybody figuered out how to get that running, because the goal was not to configure the Jobs explicitly for every Child-Server in the hierarchy.
