PCTransplant Upgrade...Invalid licence after upgrade

I have upgraded PCTransplant using this document : http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO6680 last week

I applied the license files as suggested. It says 'Your altiris products are now properly activated' when completed

I run PCTransplant and get

"Your PC Transplant evaluation licesnse has expired.......blah blah blah"

I Contact support who at first tell me this version was discountined a couple of years ago and now we are on version 7. (Glad to see I got someone on the ball) anyway after a few days manage to get new licenses sent out. Did the same - problem still exists. So 7 days have went by.....

Anyone had the same problem ?
