SIM Product Licensing check - Deployment Solution

Hi, I've tried to image a new PC but got the message "The license count for Deployment solution hass exceeded". I've opened SIM and click "Add/Update licenses", it shows 1400/1400 in use for Altiris Deployment Solution Core 7.1 SP1 MR1.
Do I assume we have used exactly all the licenses? or is there are way to check if we actually need 150 extra licenses?
I understand retired assets won't consume a lincese, but will assets "In Stock" consume a license? We have 3 custom asset statuses. So is there an easy way to check what the 1400 assets are that are consuming the Deployment Solution licenses?
