Workflow Component to Get List of Permissions

Does anyone know which component is used to get the list of permissions on the process view page? This is the permissions used to control who can view, edit and administrate the page. I've looked through alll the Process Manager components but can't find the one that returns this list. This is for WF 7.1 SP1.
