Export XML Filter

Good Afternoon,

I'm new to the community, so first thanks to everyone for the wealth of knowledge I've found here!

Here's my first question:

I'm creating filters for several different sites.  So I have the same 5 filters for each site.  What I would like to do is right click on the exported XML file, modify the file and then import it.  This would make creating all of these filters quick and easy.  

Unfortunately with all of the GUID items populated, this isn't possible, as it replaces the folder that was already there.  Is there a way to clean out that info and be able to do what I'm proposing?  Or am I stuck with cloning and editing each filter?  (I'm assuming it's the later...)

I'm working with version 7.5.3153
