Patch Management Bulletins Issue,

Hello all , has anyone seen the following 

I go to Home-Patch Mangement, click bulletins and updates , and I see all the latest bulletins , however when I go to Compliance by Bulletin , none of the latest bulletins show up.

Any ideas?
