(3074162) Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

Hi All, 

Can anyone share how do you address this patch update, any selection need to be made in "Vendor and Software list"? I couldn't find any corresponding bulletin. I've tried to search by keywords like "Malicious", "KB3074162". None of them are working. 

I just want to know how to find the corresponding update/bulletin show up in Remediation Center. Thanks a lot.
