What's PFInstaller2 utility? Where can I download? I want to install Altiris Rollout, it needs this tools, how can I find it?

I have a All-in-One Altiris Notification Server 7.1 (Virtual Machine) for PC inventory & software deployment with MSSQL database 2008 R2.

I want to install Rollout version 11 from following link:

It mentioned that PFInstaller2 utility is needed...but...

What's PFInstaller2 utility? Where can I download? I want to install Altiris Rollout, it needs this tools, how can I find it?
