Run a ruleset from within a custom workflow

I need a solution

Hello,

I have a custom form in ServiceDesk which can Resolve a ticket.  When the status field in this custom form is set to Resolved and the form is save it triggers the OnTicketEdited ruleset, from which I can run a custom workflow which then marks the ticket as Resolved.  This works marvelously.

Since I am resolving the ticket I would also like to trigger the OnTicketResolved ruleset, but this does not occur.

I found a component called 'Run Ruleset', but there is no way no specify the Ruleset to run.

I am currently trying a component called 'Send Complete Workflow Message', which is supposed to trigger the ruleset but this also does not work.

So my question is .... does anyone know if there is a way to trigger a specific ruleset from within a custom workflow in ServiceDesk?
