Hi all,
I have to deploy patch management solution at one of our customer for 3500 endpoints.
Customer had never patched those endpoints, also they are using assembled machine.
There are across 100 locations in his company, also allowed bandwidth at that customers is 160 kbps for Patching.Machines are all windows based POS ready, XP, Vista and 7.
I am planning to install Patch management solution at headquarter of the customer and then deploy package server at all location, Will I be able to achieve the same.
Questions:
A. Which Patch management version should I install in order to adhere Windows POS ready, XP, Vista and Windows 7 machines?
B. Will my Patch packages replicate for this much amount of Bandwidth, Patches will be mostly OS based?
C. Any other way of achieving the replication or manually sharing the packages across location?
If you have faced such a situation and got out the same then please help me out with some solution.
Please guide me on the same.
