Error Event Source SYLINK

I have a user that keeps triggering a client activity system log.  The errors are all the same with event source SYLINK.  Description of the event is "Downloaded new content update from the managment server failed."  It also give the remote file path of the management server.  What is this error and why does it keep occuring? 

Any words of advice would be great.
