Hi, is there a way to force Symantec management agent on client (not Package server) to re-send package download status to Notification server (tables Evt_AeX_SWD_Package, Inv_AeX_SWD_Package_Summary)? I’m using regular managed SW delivery and from time to time current download status is not displayed on NS. For example - package download status shown on NS is Initial but on the client agent it has been completed.
So I need to find a way how to force agent to check package and resend the status event again.
