semsrv crashes when try to log in in SEPM

Hello,

i have a clean install of Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP1a. But when installation finished and i try to login in SEPM the service semsr stop.

In event viewer i have EVENT ID: 4090 - The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of -1, the service is being stopped.

I read some articles but nothing resolve my Issue.

OS: Windows Server 2012

SEP version: 12.1.6_MP1a

Database used is Default
