Symantec Console Crashing VFLEX NTDLL.DLL Error

Hey there,

I have a recurring issue that has been driving me up the wall.  On the PC described below,  IE11 will continuously crash whenever the VFLEX activex control is started in the console.  Manage > Computers > Right-Click > Edit for example will crash immediately every time.  IE has been reset, add-ins disabled and still failing.

OS: Windows 8.1 Update 1

IE : 11.0.9600.17937

SMP:  7.5 SP1

Crash Details:

Unhandled exception at 0x77BB578F (ntdll.dll) in iexplore.exe: RangeChecks instrumentation code detected an out of range array access.

I've manually removed the ActiveX control and reinstalled with no effect.

Any insight is much appreciated.
