How to update patch when MS Detection Rules Change

In specific I spent a good part of yesterday trying to figure out why my machines do not see MS15-093 on their list. Then last night MS releases..

- Reason for Revision: V1.1 (August 20, 2015): Bulletin revised

   to announce a detection change in the 3087985 update for

   Internet Explorer. This is a detection change only.

Ok so what do I need to do? this is a Microsoft detection rule change... I went in and chose recreate packages.... still not seeing the patch. What am I missing?
