Patch Compliance drops after 2-3 weeks

Hello All,

We are having issues with Patch Management Solution, the issue is after we distribute patches e.g. 03-08-2015 the compliance goes up for about 3 weeks after that we see that the compliance of those patches drops, even though the bulletin has not been Superseded or Partially Superseded, as a workaround we are disabling the updates, recreating them and again distributing it, what I would like to know, is there any better way, and way does this happen.
