Software deployment 7.6 How to deploy a software to a pc

Hi,

we are using Altiris 7.6, it has only just been installed and now reporting back. Someone pushed out a GPO to do a install and the users have decided to force a shutdown as they couldn't be bothered to wait for a few minutes and now they lost the software altogether.

How can I use Aliris to deploy the software targeted to specific machinees, in this case they are all laptops users but spread across multiple sites. Each site has site\child server.
