Endpoint Manager change path of DAT's

Hi,

Is it possible to change the location of where endpioint manager downsloads the lates virus definistions to, at the moment it appears to be downloading to the C drive but we want to change this to a different drive on the server. we are using Endpoint manager 12.1.2. on windows server 2008.
