I am new to the Symantec Management Platfrom 7.5 Console. The NS server is on Windows Server 2008 64bit. SQL is installed on that server as well.
We been trying to push the agent to a certain group of computers with Win 7 64bit. Immediatley they fail, 'Failed to copy 'Symantec Management Agent install service'. Local Admin group has the correct admin credentials. Firewall and UAC is turned off by GP. Verified on computers that they are. Not able to browse to C$ or Admin$ from my system or the NS server. Talked with our Firewall Engineer to see if there was any changes in last 30 days and said there haven't been. We are able to deploy the agent from the Console to other systems in the environment, but just not to these set of computers.
Are there any other suggestions that I could try to get these pushed through the console versus manually installing the agent?
