CMS 7.5 SP1 HF5

I recently upgraded from CMS 7.5 SP1 HF4 to HF5 and had encountered a few issues with Deployment Solution.  I was missing several files all over the place, worked with support to resolve those.

My issue is that on HF4 I had CMDB installed and had to uninstall it when upgrading to HF5.  Is there any way for me to install it again? In my list of available products to install the only option I have is CMDB 7.6. Not sure if I can have the this version installed if the CMS release is 7.5.

Any one have any ideas?
