I need a solution
Hi All,
We need to configure our Altiris Help Desk 6.5 to point to our new Exchange server.
I could not find a guide or manual for this and this is out of support for a long time.
The problem we have here is that we can see the SMTP fields but not the POP3 part of it.
We think it might be the case that the software uses SMTP field for POP3 as well but we are not sure.
We do not have the installation files to try this on another server and we do not have the budgets to make a failover.
If you have access to any guides or are experienced with configuring this software we would really appreciate your advice.
