Custom Report

I need a solution

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone had a custom report that provides the following:

-Cases open this month

-Cases closed this month

-Cases that missed SLAs

-Average CSAT score

I don't need the case numbers, just the number of the general amount of tickets for each area of interest.
