I need a solution
Hello. We are still on Altiris Helpdesk 6.x at the moment and will probably still have it in production up to some point in time this coming Fall. The potential problem I am investigating is when I view our Helpdesk Solution licenses on the Notification Server, the "AUP Expires" date is 06/26/2015. There is no date however for the "License Expires" column - it only shows as a hyphen (-) for where a date would be.
The Annual Upgrade Protection expiration I don't believe is of concern since it's been past end of life for awhile. How do I find out when the actual Worker licenses will expire though? We have 25 worker licences and I can't tell through the NS console when or if they will expire!
