I previously created a custom security role with all the required access for the Deskside support agents. I now have been requested to add the option to delete computers. I thought this would be a simple ask, go into the Account management settings for that role and select the Right Click option to delete.
Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be the case. I can see the setting added in the Security Role Manager, there are read/write/delete permissions granted but the agents still can't see the option when connecting to the web console. I tried enabling other right click menu items and noting is updating. Thought it might have been an IE issue, so I cleared the cache and all settings but still no luck.
Not sure what is going on here. Any ideas?
