2 drop down fields functionality

I need a solution

So I have customised the Edit Incident form, to display queues (support groups) in one drop down field, and then the other drop down field displays the members of the queue (group) selected (field called Uses in queue)

I have set it so that when you click on Edit Incdient the queues drop down field displays the current assigned queue. But unfortunatley, It doesn't display the queue members in the Uses in queue field. I have to click on the queues field, select a different queue and then reselect the curent assigned queue for the members to list in 'Uses in queue' field

Does anyone know how its possible to get the 'Uses in queue' drop down box to display members without having to click a different queue in the queue field?

I hope that makes sense??
