I need a solution

I have been trying to find a solution to my current problem with no luck. We are using Altiris Console 6.5 as our helpdesk system and it was here before all of us so our knowledge of it is lacking a little. Basically my issue is that when I try to view all my incidents I end up viewing what looks to be spreadsheet cells and columns. I don't know what has changed but my incidents don't show up listed here. I can click to view or edit them and then I can see them indiviually as well as cycling through them from one to the next. This however is very inconvient for me and I would like to have the ability to view all my incidents in one as I had it before.
