Server filling up with files generated by SEPM

I need a solution

Hi,

I have just installed SEP 12.1.5 trial onto my domain server. Upon installing I immediately encountered a problem with the hard drive being filled up with files and causing the server to stop responding.

Location of the files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\content

Files look like this: {EDBD3BD0-8395-4d4d-BAC9-19DD32EF4758}

I contacted Symantec technical support by opening a case and I was told they don't support trial versions and promptly closed my case. I think this unfortunate as it's not exactly inspiring me to want to buy this not inexpensvie product when it seems ot have problems.

Also I have installed this product since version 9 on various different domains over the years and this seems to be the same kind of issue that I've had before.

I tried something I read about going to the admin>Servers>Edit Database Properties>Rebuild Indexes but it had no effect on stopping the problem I'm having.

Also when trying to open this thread I am being asked for information I do not appear to have.

1. Select a community = Endpoint Management

2. Select one product = It does not list Endpoint Protection Manager??? So the info I have selected here is probably incorrect.

Any help would be appreciated.
