Windows Computer with Pcanyhwere plug-in installed is missing insite of filer

I do not have priviledge for add policy to pca, it's gray out,  the "Windows computer with PCAnywhere plug-in installed" is missning in my Filter, how can I put it back. please see attachment

UPDATE Item
SET Attributes=18
WHERE Name = "Windows Computers with no pcAnywhere plug-in Installed'

but I need how to do "'Windows Computers with pcAnywhere plug-in Installed' , and I look at the SQL site there are two of them list on

select * from item where name =''Windows Computers with pcAnywhere plug-in Installed' , I found two of those, they both attribute = 18

need help on this
