GSS 3.0 Beta Automation Partition

I am currently working with the 3.0 beta version with Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise and UEFI. I am having issues with the Automation partition installing on any UEFI machine that I have in production. Is this a known issue or is there a solution to this problem? I am currently using SCCM 2012 for image deployment and client management which fully supports UEFI deployment. I was hoping to migrate to GSS 3.0 to help speed up our imaging process due to lackluster performance from SCCM. Any additional information or help on this would be much appreciated.
