I am having some issues with patching and need some help. I have 2 situations with patching:
1. We enabled office 2013 service pack 1 in June of last year. I can look at the software update policy and the packages are enabled. I am finding computers that say they need service pack 1 when I have them check for updates. The service pack is not listed under installed updates in windows. I can't figure out why this is not getting installed on these computers...
2. Patches that are showing up as needed on computers are disabled in the software update policies. We have had the options checked to revise and enable new as long as I can remember. If I enable them (check the box under advanced in the policy) they will un-check later like they are supersceded but they aren't.
Any help would be appreciated.
