We recently had to rebuild the SQL server I was using for my SMP 7.1 CMDB from scratch since all we had were SQL dumps. Most everything is working again except for IT Analytics. When I try to go into ITA's Configuration settings, I get the error, below. I found http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH186827 whose contents direct you to TECH179454 which appears would help me fix this problem but the article doesn't seem to be available anymore. Any guidance in getting to this TECH article or whether there's an equivalent one out there that'll help? Thanks in advance!
