Shared network printers not showing in Ressource Manager

Hi,

I have the problem that server shared network printers are not showing up in Ressource Manager in the Data Class AeX HW Printer.
But I can see all other printers (for example PDFCreator,Fax etc.). I opened a support case and the support guy told me that I should create an custom inventory task. The problem is that I dont know where / for what I should search with the custom inventory task.
