Saving a web form as a .pdf

I am trying to save a completed web form as a .pdf, so that I can place it as a downloadable link on a web form in the next step in the process. Thanks for your help in advance! Other solutions to solving the general desire to share the information inputted on the first web form on the second web form are welcome.
